Terrorist Attack Plot
In the case known as the “Elysée Palace bombing” case, YL Avocats provided defense representation.
YL Avocats quickly identified an issue of fairness in the search for evidence, considering that the coordinated action of cyber infiltration and physical infiltration had contributed to the development of the bombing plan and influenced a minor to become involved in the project.
YL Avocats thus filed a motion for annulment before the Court of Appeals and submitted an appeal to the Court of Cassation.
The decision issued by the Criminal court (Cour d’assises) ultimately took into account the uniqueness of these circumstances to determine the sentences based on the acts genuinely attributable to the accused.
