An international company has a branch located in close proximity to the Grand Paris Express construction works. These works have significantly impacted its operations and revenue.
Following the rejection of the compensation request by the Grand Paris Express Compensation Commission, YL Avocats was engaged to assist the company in seeking compensation for the numerous damages suffered, amounting to several hundred thousand euros.
After substantial work to calculate the damages and collect evidence, YL filed an administrative appeal, in collaboration with its Best Friends law firm in public law.
